Olympic Products LLC is a leading manufacture of high quality polyurethane foam products for the automotive and bedding industries and is a joint venture of The Woodbridge Group and Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company. Woodbridge is a leader in automotive urethane technologies and a specialist in just-in-time assembly and sequencing systems with facilities in North and South America, Europe, Australia and Japan to serve its many customers. Hickory Springs is one of the nation's largest integrated manufacturers and suppliers of components for the furniture and bedding industries. With more than 60 operating facilities across the country, it is a recognized leader in providing its customers the products they need with the service and delivery they require.
Company History
Olympic Products began in the early 1970’s as a part of Cone Mills. Cone entered the foam business to enhance its upholstery fabric business. After approximately twenty years in the foam business, Cone decided to exit this business and sold Olympic to British Vita. Olympic became part of Vitafoam and operated that way until January 30th of 2006. That’s when the Woodbridge Group and Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company founded this joint venture named Olympic Products LLC.
